Orders
How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your cart, sign in to your account (or create one for free) and follow the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is registered.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order is already in preparation or production and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email us at itsonegift@gmail.com with your order number.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We can only modify orders within the first 24 hours. If you need to change the delivery address, a product variant or any other detail, contact us as soon as possible at itsonegift@gmail.com.
What is the difference between an "In stock" and an "On demand" product?
In-stock products are available immediately and ship within 2–4 business days. On-demand (custom) products are manufactured specifically for you after payment is confirmed, which may require an additional 5–10 business days before shipping.
Can I track my order status?
Yes. From your account, under "My orders", you can check the status in real time. You will also receive update emails at each stage: confirmation, preparation, shipping and delivery.
Shipping
Which carrier do you use?
All our shipments, both domestic and international, are made exclusively through Correos España.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are displayed in your cart before checkout. For mainland Spain, shipping is free on orders of €65 or more; for smaller orders the cost is from €4.50.
How long does it take to manufacture my on-demand product?
On-demand products require 5 days of manufacturing. Once manufacturing is complete, the product ships according to standard delivery times for your country.
When does my in-stock order ship?
Orders with in-stock products are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment.
What are the delivery times for my country?
Estimated times from when the package leaves our warehouses:
• Spain: 2–3 days
• Central Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Austria): 4–6 days
• Northern Europe (UK, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland): 6–10 days
• Eastern Europe (Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece): 7–8 days
• United States, Australia, and Canada: 10–13 days
These times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier and customs.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as Correos collects your package, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your order directly on the Correos España website.
What if my package does not arrive or is delayed?
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours of that date at itsonegift@gmail.com. We will investigate the shipment status with Correos and keep you informed.
Returns & Warranties
Can I return a product?
In-stock products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, without justification, as long as they are in their original condition with intact packaging. On-demand (custom) products do not accept returns by withdrawal, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at itsonegift@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Email us at itsonegift@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return and photos of the item if applicable. We will confirm the request within 24–48 hours and send you instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item is received and verified, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What warranty do products have?
All our products carry the minimum legal warranty of 2 years established by European regulations for decorative-type products.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and others) via Stripe, and payment via PayPal. Both are secure and encrypted.
Is it safe to pay at ONE GIFT?
Yes. Card payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS level 1 certified platform. ONE GIFT never stores your card data.
When is the charge made?
The charge is made at the moment you confirm the order. We do not make partial or deferred charges.
Can I pay in other currencies?
Our store currently operates in euros (€). Stripe automatically handles conversion if your card is in another currency, although the conversion is applied by your bank.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. You need an account to complete the checkout process. Creating an account is free and lets you track your orders, save addresses and manage your data.
How do I recover my password?
On the login page you will find the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your email and we will send you a link to reset it.
How can I delete my account?
You can request deletion of your account and all your data by emailing us at itsonegift@gmail.com. We will process your request within a maximum of 1 month in accordance with the GDPR.
How does ONE GIFT handle my personal data?
